Three Pillars

We look at the future of work through three lenses: people, place and technology and we focus on innovation as well as digital disruption.

The three pillars

Our philosophy is called Jelly Bean Working - an approach based on three concepts that will shape the new world of work: the idea that people are different and so one size fits all is no longer appropriate in the pursuit of diversity; that workspace should be activity based and so space and technology needs to be aligned to the task at hand and lastly, digital disruption which is now a way of life and so technology should permeate all aspects of work and the workplace thinking.

We focus on ROI and cost benefit, as well as the business benefit derived from non-pecuniary advantages. Using a combination of data analysis but also benchmarking from case studies and feedback from companies that have implemented new workstyles, we can present a powerful and persuasive proposition to a board or partnership.

8 Forces

We help identify, define and predict the impact of the 8 key forces that are shaping the new world of work. Through workshops, case studies, trends, new products and platforms we help shape strategy and identify the business case for change
