Frankie Jack
Managing Director
Frankie Jack is the Managing Director at UnWork, where she collaborates closely with Philip Ross and the senior leadership team at UnWork, and partner firms UnWired and Worktech Academy to drive the growth of the UK business. In this role, Frankie focuses on expanding UnWork’s portfolio of clients, nurturing talent within the team, and ensuring that the firm’s services and solutions remain at the cutting edge of workplace innovation.
With over two decades of experience in the consultancy industry, Frankie has built a reputation as a workplace strategist and studio leader. Although originally trained as a designer, her passion has always been in strategy and creating human-centric design solutions that enhance the experience of work. She has led multidisciplinary consultancy teams at renowned firms such as Gensler and AECOM, where she managed complex global workplace strategies and change programs for major clients including Accenture, ASML, Barclays, BP, Nokia, Pfizer, Shell, and UBS, among others.
In addition to her leadership roles, she takes pride in developing lasting client relationships and mentoring emerging talent, particularly women in leadership roles.

The British Museum, London - I love the blend of old and new architecture and had the pleasure of working there when I was at DEGW.
