At UnWork, Stefania designs strategic initiatives to redefine how organisations approach workspace design, tech integration, and user experience. Leveraging a background in architecture, headquarters strategy, campus planning, and masterplan development, Stefania works closely with clients to transform their spaces into efficient, future-ready environments while effectively managing change.

 

Prior to joining UnWork, Stefania gained valuable experience in the architecture and design field at renown architecture practises, acquiring in-depth knowledge of how leading companies are advancing and integrating cutting-edge technology and thinking about the future. With a focus on creating seamless user experiences, Stefania has developed a reputation for forward-thinking strategies that prioritise the technological and operational demands of organisations, as well as the needs of their people.

 

Stefania holds a degree in Spatial Design from the University of the Arts, London and has continued to expand her expertise through various certifications and professional courses.

I had to be emergency evacuated from the Desert in Petra after being locked down for 2 weeks in the desert because the Jordanian and Israeli borders closed.
