Kyra is a Business Analyst at UnWork, and with a strong foundation in statistics and data science, Kyra holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Cornell University. Prior to joining UnWork, she founded and operated a personal services business, which sparked her interest in client-facing work and strengthened her ability to manage relationships and solve real-world problems.

At UnWork, she applies her analytical background to both quantitative and qualitative workplace research—identifying patterns in data, drawing insights from interviews, and contributing to case studies. She’s also actively involved in business development and relationship building, which allows her to stay connected to clients while expanding our network.
Kyra says she enjoy the variety and unpredictability of her role because it keeps her engaged, curious, and constantly learning.
