Alex Burdett

Workplace Innovation Consultant

Alex is a Workplace Innovation Consultant at UnWork. He holds a Masters in Service Design from the Royal College of Art and a BA(Hons) in Modern History from King’s College London.

Prior to UnWork Alex gained experience in design research to identify innovation priorities, knowledge gaps, research needs at creative workspace Second Home, apprenticeship platform Multiverse and the innovation accelerator Founders Factory.

At the RCA he developed his practice in strategy and service, platform and experience design across industry projects including Brompton, PA Consulting and NHS with a focus in process and organisational outcomes, and has a strong passion for the future of work.

What drew you to UnWork originally? And how has UnWork changed since?

I was drawn to UnWork by the innovative work of Jeremy Myerson and Philip Ross, and the company is leading the way in the future of work across the world.

Schlumberger Research Centre in Cambridge is beautiful and designed for performance and wellbeing.
