Ben brings 25+ years of experience across workplace strategy, real estate consulting and flexible workspace. A growth- and people-oriented leader with experience in real estate services across the office and residential sectors including consulting, design, delivery and operations, he has global experience leading companies and divisions within larger organisations. He has worked with clients such as Google, The Coca-Cola Company, HSBC, Brookfield and more on HQ strategies, workplace strategies, asset strategies and more.
Having always been interested in the ways that space, technology, and purpose can shape and enable human endeavour, Ben says he is excited to help UnWork design the way that businesses deliver thoughtful and intentional experiences to staff, business partners and customers.

What is your Favourite Building?
My family home. Full of our family, our dogs, our memories and the artefacts of our lives. And sunlight. It may be messy, but I love being there. Away from home I am a fan of the Barbican Centre in London. It grabbed my attention as a child and I love visiting it to this day. I remember trying to recreate it in Lego when I was about 8. Lots and lots of stairs and walkways and places to get lost.
Most inspiring place you’ve been to?
I have always loved New York. For years before I got there I loved the city in my head created by the films I watched and books I read. It didn’t disappoint when I finally got there IRL.
A walk up 10th Avenue from the Meatpacking District to Harlem comes with a lifetime’s worth of inspiration.
