Darren is a transformation strategist who has held senior strategy roles and delivered complex design and change projects.

He has worked with clients to prepare for the future while addressing the needs of today. His focus is on ensuring any future plans keep key current considerations as their co-focus. His personal work goal is to strive to create innovative experience landscapes that support individual and organisational change.

Darren has international experience of working with public and private sector clients to co-create workplace strategies and implement the resulting new ways of working change programmes. At the London Borough of Harrow he contributed to a £1Bn regeneration programme, helping the council reimagine its Civic Centre. At Fidelity International he ran a complex programme to introduce and embed new ways of working.

He holds a BA(Hons) Secondary Education, Geography and Environmental Issues with English, Brunel University, London Qualified Teacher Status.
