Ellie joined Ungroup in 2021 and now splits her time between UnWork as Innovation Manager and WORKTECH looking after global conference logistics.

She has worked with global workplace thinkers and visionaries around the world and witnessed how they convert ideas into reality, helping to shape the ‘new’ world of work. Ellie is passionate about keeping clients informed on the latest workplace trends, best practice, and innovation, and working with them to help identify opportunities and develop ideas of their own.

Ellie also has a passion for health & well-being, graduating with a first-class BSc degree in Exercise and Fitness Management
