Namrata Krishna

Senior Workplace Consultant

Namrata is a Senior Workplace Consultant at UnWork. As part of the Workplace Innovation team, she brings a human-centred design approach to projects, educating clients, stakeholders and end users on the link between space, behaviour, and culture.

A transplanted American, she moved to London to do a Masters in Narrative Environments at Central Saint Martins, which not only deepened her love of storytelling, but unveiled its potential to craft distinctive and engaging spaces and experiences.

She has worked in large architecture projects on inter-disciplinary projects across Europe, including HSBC’s Birmingham head office, focused on behaviour change and employee experience at design consultancies, and led stakeholder engagement strategies on town centre regeneration projects. While at Heta Architects, she hosted and produced their podcast series Design Meets Insight which explored how to prioritise healthy living, social equality and resilience to create sustainable buildings, communities and cities.

Namrata is also an Associate Lecturer at London College of Communication (UAL).
