We’re excited to announce the latest addition to our growing team: Hardy Matharu has joined UnWork as our new Business Development Manager.

As we continue to expand, we’re thrilled to welcome Hardy, a seasoned professional with a global outlook and a strong track record in workplace strategy and change management and business development.
Bringing Global Experience and Strategic Insight
Hardy joins us with extensive consulting experience across EMEA and APAC, having worked with leading organisations such as Veldhoen + Company, KPMG, and PwC. His recent role saw him leading new business initiatives and serving as a senior workplace consultant, helping clients align workplace strategy with meaningful business outcomes.
With over a decade spent in Singapore and deep engagement with multinational firms, Hardy brings a truly global perspective to UnWork. In his new role, he will focus on driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and keeping UnWork ahead of the curve in the evolving world of work.
