We’re excited to announce that Sarah O’Donovan has joined UnWork as our new Marketing Manager—and the future of work just got a whole lot more creative.
Sarah brings over a decade of experience as a data-driven marketer, with a background that spans architecture journalism, marketing, and consultancy. She’s a forward-thinker with a passion for innovation, digital transformation, and reimagining how we work—and we’re thrilled to have her on board.
“Adaptive workplaces will not just survive but thrive in today’s ever-evolving landscape,” Sarah says. And she would know—her experience leading transformation projects spans everything from software architecture to workflow digitisation and marketing for staff adoption. Her insights are already sparking fresh conversations across our team.
UnWork’s mission has always been to integrate people, place, and technology—and Sarah’s arrival comes at an exciting time as we continue to help clients embrace hybrid working, AI-powered tools, and next-gen workplace strategies. With more than 80% of job seekers now prioritising flexible work over salary, Sarah believes the future belongs to businesses that put people first.
So what’s next? Sarah’s keeping an eye on the tech curve. She’s an advocate for smarter software integration and believes AI should be used as a tool—not a replacement. She also sees a shift coming: “Companies relying on generic content will struggle to keep audiences engaged. Authenticity and critical thinking still matter.”
Looking ahead to 2025 and beyond, Sarah says the key to futureproofing is mindset. “We need to embrace trial-and-error learning with emerging tech. The early adopters will shape how it works for us—not against us.”
We couldn’t agree more. Welcome, Sarah—we’re so glad you’re here.
