Unwork is pleased to announce the appointment of Ben Munn as Managing Director.
Ben joins the business at an exciting stage in its growth and will lead Unwork’s teams across the UK and US, working to strengthen the firm’s brand, people and proposition, grow the business and continue delivering excellence for clients.
The appointment reflects growing demand from organisations seeking support to navigate increasingly complex questions around work, workplace and employee experience.
As businesses continue to rethink the role of the workplace, the conversation has moved beyond hybrid working policies to focus on broader questions of organisational performance, culture, collaboration, talent attraction and employee experience. Organisations are also increasingly turning to technology and AI to understand how people work and to make evidence-led decisions about their workplace – creating growing demand for specialist workplace strategy expertise, including how technology and data can be used to inform it.
Ben brings more than 25 years of experience across workplace strategy, real estate consulting and the flexible workspace sector, strengthening Unwork’s ability to support clients through this changing landscape – including the growing role of technology and AI in shaping workplace decisions.
“Ben brings a rare depth of experience in workplace strategy, at exactly the moment our clients need it most. It’s an exciting moment for Unwork and I’m delighted that Ben will help shape our next chapter.” – Philip Ross, Founder & CEO of UnGroup
“Organisations are facing increasingly important decisions about how work happens and the role workplaces play in supporting business performance and employee experience. Unwork has built a strong reputation for helping clients answer those questions and I’m excited to join the team at such an important stage in its growth.” – Ben Munn, MD UnWork
Ben’s appointment marks the latest step in Unwork’s continued investment in leadership and capability as the business expands its work across London, New York and with organisations shaping the future of work globally.
